B'day Time

So one more b'day and Valentines Day gone by. There was nothing special on V-Day and it was quite an interesting b'day with my friends. I am learning a lot about best friends now a days, may be come out with some "best friend's code" in near future.

To summarise my b'day, I planned everything not because I enjoy it, I didn't have any other option. I intimated my friends (even my room mate) that tomorrow is my b'day and I would prefer to cut a cake. It ended up I am buying my own cake and some additional cold drinks and snacks. All the cherry on cake vanished much before I cut the cake.

The Morning

I like mornings. I think I have already missed quite a few in my life and don't want to miss many in future. Yesterday it got late with my office meeting, It was around 1 AM, couldn't sleep after that. Around 6 AM went for a walk to nearby park. It was all dark and cloudy, the street lights also went off. I reached the park hoping not to be interrupted by street dogs (they are annoying in general). The park was pretty active even in the dark. 

The moon was visible time to time, fast moving clouds were trying to hide it. Sun was coming out very slowly and it was difficult to say which is more dominant sunlight or moonlight :-) birds were creating lots of noise, kids, aged and young people were all busy exercising. It was a pleasant morning. Came back after an hour, ..... was feeeling sleepy ..... couldn't control and slept :-)

In IISc I loved the breakfast but there were very few days when I actually had it. And always night out was a much easier option then waking up early in the morning.

 

Daily Updates

In DRDO we used to get a big thick register called Scientist's log book. Our manager used to say update the log book with whatever u have done for the day, even if you couldn't do anything very fruitful, still update your findings and observations. Days will go by very soon and sometime in future when you'll look back you may feel that you haven't done anything significant (which is not the case).

Pretty true, do u know what, I am feeling the same with my blogging, I feel more satisfied when I blog more frequently otherwise days go by and I don't even remember what important things happened.

PS : There may be no relation with the Pic and written contents of the blog :-) I just like the blog with a pic.
